Team

Marc-Oliver as Founder & Managing Director of Scaleability has been in B2B and B2C Business Development & Sales positions for explanatory and sophisticated financial products like Hedge Funds and Private Equity, Software-as-a-Service and Corporate Services for more than 20 years. 

In addition, Marc-Oliver has been in leadership and management positions for roughly 10 years either heading and further developing existing Commercial Teams or executing Business Development on his own and after successful acquisition of clients building Commercial Teams from scratch. 

Marc-Oliver is an empathic, dynamic and passionate Business Developer and Leader. He holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, with a term abroad at the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.
